Member owned winery Castoro Cellars will be serving up their specialties!  In the past 30 years Castoro Cellars has developed one of the premium wine making facilities in the country. The state of the art facility is also a certified organic winery.  Wine owner will be giving you the inside scoop on each of the wines tasted.

The name “Castoro” is Italian for “Beaver,” which is owner Niels Udsen’s childhood nickname
Castoro Cellars’ slogan is “Dam Fine Wine” (Beavers build dams not damns….hahaha gets em’ every time)
