Becoming a New Member
To join the Kirkwood Community Association family and enjoy using the facilities at the KCA Club and participating in member events your membership will allow you access to, you will need to purchase a property in Kirkwood or have a ski lease of either over 4 months in the winter, 2 months in the summer, or annual in a pre-existing KCA property. Alternately, if you own a non-KCA property in Kirkwood, you may annex your property into the KCA.
